• Troupe429 is a gay-owned private business for the LGBTQ Community, allies, supporters & friends. if you are not comfortable with this, do not enter Troupe429.

• all people are welcome.

• must be 21+ to enter with a valid ID.

• no homophobia, transphobia, sexism, racism, ageism, ableism, body-shaming, xenophobia, bigotry, or prejudice of any kind.

• we reserve the right to check all bags & pockets.

• no large bags allowed inside (we do not have a coat check).

• no outside beverages allowed inside. if found they will be discarded.

• no touching without consent.

• no photography or filming of patrons or employees without verbal permission.

• shirts and shoes must be worn at all times.

• we close out all credit card tabs left open with a 20% gratuity at the end of the night.

• respect others & be kind.

• if you are told to leave for any reason - you must leave.
